Caseville updates:
1. In addition to a start line a separate mark off the opposite side of the RC boat will designate the finish line.
2. The waves will use a number 1 flag as their class flag
3. Waves will be the green markset bot for their windward mark.
4. F18 and H16 will use the orange markset bot for their windward mark
5. No offset marks will be used.
