ACCOMMODATIONS
Camping: The only location to consider is the South Higgins Lake State Park (not the North Park). Phone (517) 821-6374. The spark includes 305 acres, 512 modern campsites, picnicking, an excellent boat launch, and most importantly, more than one mile of sandy beach. We typically stay on the west side of the campground, in the sites at the north end of the middle loops. Boat setup and launch area are immediately north of the camping area.
Hotel: You're kidding right? If you must, there are some small motels in the area - probably 15-20 minute drive from the site. We'll leave it to Google and your creativity to find them.
HOSPITALITY
Back by popular demand, we'll have our traditional chili cook-off, hosted by Ed and Tara Cunningham! So start testing and perfecting those recipes! If not bringing chili, please bring a dish to pass, salads, or desserts. Plasticware and paper products will be provided. Don't forget your beverages!!
It's not mandatory, but to try and avoid repeats, please sign up to bring a chili or a dish to pass here!
Also, we need a headcount for those attending. Please provide your headcount here (this can also be done in the registration block below).
